TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.Before the commission commences, a 50% down payment is required, with the remaining 50% payable upon completion and delivery of the final artwork; failure to make the initial 50% down payment within the agreed upon timeframe will result in a delay in the commission process, and the artist reserves the right to withhold delivery of the final artwork until full payment has been received, with all payments being non-refundable once work has commenced, except under extenuating circumstances.".

2.The artist retains the right to artistic interpretation and creative license when creating the commissioned artwork. The client may provide general guidelines or preferences, but the final design and execution are at the discretion of the artist.

3.The artist will provide an estimated delivery time for the completed commission.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or changes requested by the client.

4.The client is entitled to a reasonable number of revisions to the artwork that is still on the approval and process, changes and revisions on final output can generate charges,
- Major revisions or changes beyond the scope of the original agreement may incur additional fees.

5.The client retains personal usage rights to the commissioned artwork, such as displaying it in their home or sharing it on social media.
- The artist retains all rights to the artwork, including reproduction rights, unless otherwise negotiated in writing.

6. The artist reserves the right to display the commissioned artwork in their portfolio and all platforms, with appropriate credit to the client if desired.

7.In the event of cancellation after the commission has commenced, the initial down payment is non-refundable.

8. Any disputes arising from the commission agreement will be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the artist and client.
- In the event of unresolved disputes, both parties may seek legal recourse as a last resort.

9.-Clients should not request for other artstyle, it must be only exclusive under my own art algorithm.

10.-The Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

From initial concept discussions to final revisions, I strive to ensure that the client's vision is realized in the artwork. Regular updates and feedback sessions are integral to my workflow, ensuring that the final piece exceeds expectations.

1. Layers: -I keep merging layers in process and my technique is to paint the final touch all of the layers merged all at once.
2. Efficiency: -I can finish a single artwork between 4-6 hours each, depends on its complexity, delivering an artwork would take atleast one week maximum for each client (for time interval).
3. Time: -I usually draw in between around 5 to 10pm i love to draw when there is no sunlight anymore, i resonate my arts as a night.
4. Life: -I am a college student, replying to personal commission inquiries might take a little time but i will reply on time the day the inquires has been received.
